Upgrade compatible Ski-Doo Gen5 and Lynx headlights with a complete LEDPowersport® system designed around four separate, serviceable LED pods. The planned kit includes the pods, factory-connector wiring harness, halo control switch, mounting bracket assembly, and black trim piece.

The system is being developed to provide higher-output white headlights than stock, with adjustable halo lighting controlled by the included switch or phone app. A white halo setting is planned.

A Serviceable Alternative to Sealed Factory Headlights

Factory-sealed headlight housings do not allow individual pods to be upgraded or replaced. If the sealed assembly needs service, the complete housing may need to be replaced.

This LEDPowersport® system is being developed as a serviceable assembly with separate pods. The design is intended to let an individual pod be accessed, serviced, or replaced without replacing the entire headlight assembly.

Designed for Sealed and Changeable-Pod Configurations

The kit is being developed for compatible Ski-Doo Gen5 and Lynx headlight setups, including sealed factory housings and configurations with changeable pods. It includes four matching pods, arranged in two upper and two lower positions on four-pod applications. Configuration-specific installation details will be confirmed through fitment testing.

For sealed-headlight sleds, the included bracket assembly and black trim piece replace the sealed-housing arrangement, mount the pods in the hood opening, and fill the gaps around them.

Fitment and Pre-Order Details

Fitment is being developed for compatible Ski-Doo Gen5 and Lynx models with sealed or changeable-pod headlight configurations. Exact year, model, chassis, trim, and installation details are still being verified. A confirmed fitment list will be published before production units are fulfilled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my order ship right away?

No. This is a development-stage pre-order, not an in-stock product. Availability is currently targeted for the 2026–2027 snowmobile season, but an exact shipping date has not been announced.

Can I replace or service one pod without replacing the whole assembly?

That is a key goal of the separate-pod design. The system is being developed to allow individual pods to be accessed, serviced, or replaced. Final service procedures and replacement pod availability will be confirmed during development.

Will this replace a sealed factory headlight housing?

The system is being developed to replace compatible sealed Gen5 and Lynx headlight arrangements. The included bracket mounts the pods in the hood opening, and the trim piece fills the gaps around them.

How are the halos controlled?

The planned system includes a switch for adjusting halo lighting, with phone app control also planned. A white halo setting is planned. Final controls and functions will be confirmed before release.

Will it fit my snowmobile?

Fitment is still being verified by year, model, chassis, and trim. Please include your sled details with your order or contact LEDPowersport® before ordering if you are unsure.

Are product images photos of the finished product?

Concept renderings show the planned design and may differ from the final product. Prototype and production photos will be added as development progresses.
