🛠️ Snowmobile LED Headlight Installation Guide

Step 1: Access the Headlight Housing

Open your hood or nose panel and locate the bulb housing. Common locations include behind the instrument cluster or under a shroud.

Step 2: Remove the Factory Halogen Bulb

Unplug the OEM connector and remove the halogen bulb. Take care not to break the glass if using spring clips.

Step 3: Plug in the LED Bulb

Insert the new LED into the housing and plug it into the stock connector. If needed, rotate the bulb 180° to reverse polarity.

🧤 Wear nitrile gloves to avoid touching the LED chips.

Step 4: Test Beam Function

Start your machine and check both high and low beams. Ensure the fan is running and the light output is crisp and white.

Step 5: Reassemble and Ride

Secure the LED in place using your sled’s existing hardware. Reinstall any covers or panels and you’re good to go.
