A rectifier is a small module that helps stabilize electrical signals in your sled’s lighting system. It ensures your new LED bulbs receive consistent power and don’t flicker, dim, or cut out.

Most snowmobiles run off AC power, while LED bulbs need DC power. Without a rectifier, the system might send inconsistent voltage to your bulbs — causing issues like:

• Flickering headlights
• Dim or surging output
• Lights that won’t turn on at all

👉 In particular, Polaris and Arctic Cat sleds often require a rectifier when switching to LED headlights.
